Refund/Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation by 2 Creative Media

2 Creative Media reserves the right to cancel the 2012 Business Summit due to low delegate registration numbers or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

If 2 Creative Media cancels the event, delegates and sponsors will receive a full refund.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of the Business Summit, delegates and sponsors will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration or sponsorship to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation By Delegate

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is February 1st, 2012. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline will be eligible to receive a refund less a 50% administration fee.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline of February 1st, 2012 will forfeit any refund.

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend the event or session.

Cancellation requests will only be accepted via e-mail and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline of February 1st, 2012. All refund requests must be made by the delegate or credit card holder only.

A ticket may be transferred to an individual, but not shared by several people.

Refund requests must include the name of the delegate and invoice number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. (Credit Card, Direct Debit or Cheque)

These above policies apply to all 2 Creative Media Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
